Practical information for hiring an accommodation



Your accommodation is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Our personnel will have cleaned your accommodation carefully. However should there be anything which is not in order, please inform reception immediately so that we can remedy the situation. We recommend that you check that the inventory is complete and that nothing is damaged. The same applies here; if anything is missing please report this immediately to reception. We will then  make sure it is replaced. If nothing is reported to reception then we will assume that everything is complete, and when you depart we will deduct any missing or broken items of inventory from the security deposit (price per item).

Hiring and using the bedlinen is compulsory. This will be lying ready for you in your accommodation upon arrival. You can park your car next to the accommodation. Hanging up a washing line is not permitted.


The bedlinen packages should be placed in a pillow case next to the entrance inside the Ardennes hut. You should deliver your key to the reception before 10:00 on the day of departure (in the event of departure later than 10:00 we will apply a supplementary charge). A member of staff will note your energy consumption while you wait in the reception. In addition we check that the inventory is complete and undamaged, the accommodation has been left tidy, the waste bins have been emptied, there is no washing up, and the floor has been swept. If you wish to depart at a time when the reception is not open we would ask you to deposit the key in the green letterbox at the entrance to reception, together with a letter stating your name, accommodation and bank account number. The security deposit will be paid to your bank account after deducting the electricity costs and the cost of any damage.
